Happy New Year!
We're happy to be back with our first episode of 2008! In this episode, Fr. Gary Kastl and Steve talk about New Year's Resolutions and what we should "resolve" to do to improve our own journeys to God.
During this episode we mentioned a prayerbook titled "Ubi Caritas", A Collection of Catholic Prayers for University Students. If you're interested in purchasing a copy, please email us for more information.
WELCOME to all of our new listeners, especially those who have found us through SQPN. We couldn't be prouder to be listed in the company of so many other great Catholic podcasts.
We hope you enjoy our podcast and will become a part of the growing OntheU community. We'd love to have your comments, suggestions and ideas. Feel free to email or call us on our feedback line.

I think the important thing about New Year's resolutions is not how big they are or how much something is, but that you actually do them. Thats why this year I'm keeping it simple. I think it will be easier to keep up with a few things rather trying to tackle alot of things.
Other than working out at least twice a week my other New Year's resolutions are working on keeping up daily prayer including praying together with my friends to improve our relationship (i.e. adoration) and seeking out more information about the churches teaching.
Happy New Year!
